Half Hogs are available in your choice of standard cut or custom cut.

Standard Cut includes:

• 3 x Boston Butt - Bone In Roasts (2-3 lbs each)
• 10 x Pork Chops - Bone In (2 pack)
• 10 x Thick Cut Bacon - Cured (1 lbs pack)
  
• 1 x Sweet Heart Ham - Boneless (approx. 2-3 lbs)
• 1 x Tenderloin - Boneless (approx. 2 lbs)
• 25 x Ground Sausage (Sage) - (approx. 1 lb packs)
• 5-10 x Ground Pork - (approx. 1 lb packs)
• Spare Ribs
• Pork Hock
• Assorted Pork Organs

Pricing and Weight:

• $7.85/lb (Estimated Hanging Weight of 95 lbs)
• Cost Estimate: $745 for around 90 lbs. of packaged pork.

Order Process:

1. Reserve Your Whole Hog: Secure your share by placing a deposit 1/2 Hog Deposit.
2. We Will Contact You to Choose Your Cuts: Decide between our Standard Cut Sheet or opt for Custom Cuts.
3. Fill Out the Custom Cut Form (if applicable): If you choose custom cuts, we'll provide a simple form to outline your preferences.
4. Pick-Up Date: Receive confirmation of the pick-up date one week in advance.
5. Packaging and Delivery: Your frozen pork will arrive in clear vacuum-sealed packages ensuring freshness for months and boxed for easy transport.
6. Final Total: A final invoice will be emailed a couple of days before pick-up or delivery. Payment is due at pick-up. We accept cash and checks, and credit card payments will incur a 3% charge.
