Pricing:

Our beef is sold based on the Hanging Weight (HW) aka Hot Carcass Weight. This is the weight of the animal after removing a lot of the parts that aren’t edible, but before being made into finished cuts. Our prices INCLUDE the cost of processing and pick up from the processor. If you purchase a whole or half share, you may opt to customize your cut sheet- this includes selecting the type of cuts you desire, steak thickness, roast weight and many more options. For orders of a quarter share, we will use our standard cut sheet.

How it works:

  1. Place an order and pay deposit to secure your reservation
  2. Check your inbox for an order containing a link to our cut instruction form
  3. Submit your custom cut request in less than 10 minutes by completing the online cut instructions form
  4. We will contact you via email to schedule your final payment and delivery/pick up
  5. Your order is ready! It comes pre-sorted for easy storage in your freezer
