Beef Marrow Bones

Marrow bones are ideal for soups, but you may have to compete with you dog for them. They provide great nutrition, no matter who is eating them. 

Recipe Idea: Roast the marrow bones at high heat until the marrow is soft and spreadable. Serve on crusty bread with a sprinkle of sea salt and fresh herbs for an indulgent appetizer.
