Flank steak is one of the most versatile cuts we offer at Rucker Farm. Lean, yet full of flavor, it’s perfect for grilling, stir-frying, or marinating. Our grass-fed cattle ensure that this cut is both nutrient-dense and delicious. (If these go fast, it's because there are only 2 per animal.)
