Our Skirt Steak is rich in flavor and perfect for marinating and grilling. Cut from the diaphragm muscle of our grass-fed cattle, this cut is known for its intense beefy taste and slightly chewy texture, making it ideal for fajitas, tacos, or stir-fries. (If these go fast, it's because there are only 2 per animal.)

Recipe Idea: Marinate in lime juice, garlic, and cilantro, then grill to a perfect medium-rare. Slice thinly and serve in soft tortillas with fresh salsa and guacamole.
