  • Loin/shoulder/boston butt roasts are available in exchange for cuts above! Note requests on cut-sheet.

Once weights are recorded from the processor, we will email you and direct you to a link for a custom-cut sheet for you to complete!

    How it Works:

    Definitions:

    • Live Weight: The live animal standing on a scale.
    • Hanging Weight (HW): Weight from the butcher after harvest but before breakdown.
    • Take Home Weight (TW): The final weight of actual meat packaged for your freezer.

    Each animal is unique, and the following details are based on averages, providing an estimate of what you will receive.

    Your Meat Packaging: Your pork will be meticulously packaged in clear, vacuum-sealed bags, ensuring freshness for years in your freezer without any concerns.

    Pick Up/Delivery Options: Both pick-up and delivery options are available for your convenience.

    Order Process:

    1. Reserve Your Half Hog: Secure your share with a deposit.
    2. Choose Your Cut: After deposit, decide between "All Boneless Cuts," "All Bone-In Cuts," or, for experienced buyers, "Fill Out a Custom Cut Form." First-time purchasers are recommended to choose one of the first two options.
    3. Submit Your Order: Once you've selected your preferred cut option, submit your order, and an automatically generated receipt will be sent.
    4. Fill Out Custom Cut Form (if applicable): If opting for custom cuts, you'll receive an email to complete a simple form, allowing you to tailor your selections.
    5. Pick Up Date/Delivery Confirmation: We will confirm the pick-up date approximately one week prior, communicating in a timely manner.
    6. On-Farm Pick-Up or Home Delivery: On pick-up day, collect your order at the farm. If unavailable, we'll arrange the next earliest convenient day for both parties. Home delivery is available for an $85 fee.
    7. Packaging and Delivery: Your frozen pork will be packaged in clear vacuum-sealed bags. For on-farm pick-ups, bring coolers or boxes. If you choose delivery, be ready to fill the freezer!
    8. Final Total and Payment: Your final invoice will be emailed a couple of days before pick-up/delivery. Payment is expected before or upon receipt.
