Pricing and Weight:
- $7.36/lb (Estimated Hanging Weight of 200 lbs) - Hanging Weight (HW): Weight from butcher after harvest but prior to breakdown.

Order Process:
- Reserve Your Whole Hog: Secure your share by placing a deposit Whole Hog Deposit.
- We Will Contact You to Choose Your Cuts: Decide between our Standard Cut Sheet or opt for Custom Cuts.
- Fill Out the Custom Cut Form (if applicable): If you choose custom cuts, we'll provide a simple form to outline your preferences.
- Pick-Up Date: Receive confirmation of the pick-up date one week in advance.
- Packaging and Delivery: Your frozen pork will arrive in clear vacuum-sealed packages ensuring freshness for months and boxed for easy transport.
- Final Total: A final invoice will be emailed a couple of days before pick-up or delivery. Payment is due at pick-up. We accept cash and checks, and credit card payments will incur a 3% charge.
